TRINITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
2221 Filmore Avenue, New Orleans, LA.

This congregation was created from a 1984 merger between Second United Methodist Church (2527 Burgundy Street) and Elysian Fields United Methodist at the 1957 Elysian Fields edifice. The Second United Methodist pipe organ was brought along to replace an ailing electronic substitute at Elysian Fields.

Note that the information provided herein is for historical purposes only. This church flooded in 2005 during Hurricane Katrina. The organ was completely destroyed as was much of the building. The present status of the congregation is not known at this time.
